Founded
September 4, 2008

Meet other local people who have Celiac Disease, Autism Spectrum and autoimmune disorders to share information, recipes, and the best ways to avoid social restrictions due to your wheat and gluten free diet.
Lead by an Integrative Physician who can answer the technical and health related questions and a Nutritionist with an extensive background in gluten and casein free diets that can provide realistic guidance.
We will examine how gluten can affect more than the gut, including the brain and the entire nervous system as well as the endocrine organs.
We will discuss products available, medical concerns, diagnostic testing, picky eaters, recipes, using new ingredients and balanced diets as well as environmental factors.
We welcome people with diagnosed and undiagnosed autoimmune disorders and will discuss the role of the leaky gut and healing it to start recovery.

What members are saying

Others should join this group because it is informative, fun and they will have the opportunity to meet others who are living the gluten-free lifestyle.
