I want to thank everyone that stopped in to meet "The Gluten Free Mama" I believe she had a good time. Super 1 does have copies of the cookbook and is well stocked with both of her Blends. You will find them in the Gluten Free isle under the Bod's Red Mill products. The cookbook is in the nutritional section of cookbooks.

This is not our monthly meeting. Just hope you can stop by and meet Rachel. Good chance to ask any questions and see her cookbook too! I love her book. See you there!

    •  "Gluten Free Mama" and her husband were so delightful, I am really grateful the made the trip to our town! For those of you that didn't battle the suprise snow storm you can still purchase her cookbook and products in the nutrition department of Super 1.
    •  I really enjoyed meeting Rachel and talking with her about gluten free baking. I like her cookbook and plan to try many recipes from it. She had lots of great tips. I am excited about trying her flour blends, too. She is a super nice person. Thanks for bringing her to meet with us! Sue Bradley
    •  She was very nice, Aidan liked her samples and we did buy both types of her flour, we did not get her cookbook as we have a ton already and alot of the recipies were repeats of what we already had! We were there around 15 minutes talking to her! Then left!
