From Westbound I-90:

Take exit number 281.
Turn LEFT onto 2nd Avenue.
Turn LEFT onto Browne Street and merge to right lanes.
Continue up Browne Street, moving to left lane. Follow through the "S" curve in front of the hospital building (Browne street will become McClellan Street).
At the first light, turn LEFT on 8th Avenue.

From Eastbound I-90:

Take exit number 281.
Turn RIGHT at the light on Division Street.
Proceed up Division to 7th Ave. to enter the East Tower parking garage;
OR
If you are going to the main entrance of the Medical Center, turn RIGHT onto 7th Ave., LEFT on McClellan and LEFT on 8th Ave.

From the North (Highway 2 or Highway 395):

US-395 and Hwy. 2 becomes/merges into Division Street.
After crossing the Spokane River, turn LEFT onto Browne Street and merge to right lanes.
Continue up Browne Street, moving to left lane. Follow through the "S" curve in front of the hospital building (Browne street will become McClellan Street).
At the first light, turn LEFT on 8th Avenue.
