Katy and Jonathan Zemke would like to host an open house at the Michlitch Company in Spokane. They are in the process of developing a new Gluten-Free product line and are searching for people to give them input on what items are difficult to find in Spokane, as well as what brands are most popular. While we are a business, the struggle of people with Celiac Disease has touched us and our main goal is to provide convenient shopping and quality certified gluten- free products.
