- I was diagnosed 10 years ago, met Melba, have been a contact person and an active member of the Spokane group ever since.. Ironically I was raised on a wheat and cattle ranch and married a farmer so my family still raises wheat and barley !!

“ we really need a copying machine to copy materials..it shouldn't be up to Nancy to always bring hers..any ideas??I have a copy of the tax information that makes it legal to deduct the extra cost of our GF foods..and many other helpful sheets of information that would benefit the newly diagnosed..All the samples of food were appreciated !!!!Very helpful to taste before buying ...such a helpful group of "friends"... thanks to you leaders for all the hard work.... ”
