Hi I am going to seoul, south korea in march pg. and cannot find much info on the net about the food. Anything that I have found isnt too promising especially for eating out. Have any of you been there since being diagnosed? How did it go for you? ANy info from any source would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Marylinda

I didnt ever hear anything through this site but I did find a coeliac in Seoul on daves esl cafe site, the one for the english teachers. There was a list of dishes that I could eat and an explanation of what was in them and what they looked like. It was a great help to me especially if we decided to eat at the stalls/street cafes where they had plastic replicas of the dishes outside. I used to be so thrilled when I saw something that I could eat. We really enjoyed our stay, I would love to go back sometime.

Hi, Marylinda

I'm glad you found some help. I presume you're no longer in Korea. I'll check out the Dave Sperling site.

Thanks

Ali
